Dr. Isetta specialize in children, adolescents and young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family turmoil and life transitional issues.  

Dr. Isetta uses talk therapy using cognitive behavioral techniques and family systems approach, with the help of art and play therapy (with young children) as well as working with the family, school, doctors and community, when necessary.

Individual Therapy 

Individual therapy is done with children, adolescents and adults in conjunction with family therapy when needed.  Here you will learn to identify the core issues in your life and ways to deal with the negative thoughts, emotions and decrease behaviors that stand in your way of where we want to be.    

Family Therapy 

Family Therapy is an essential part of therapy with children and adolescents. Dr. Isetta believes that when working with a child and adolescent that the entire family is involved in the process of treatment.  Meetings are held with the entire family, parents, parents and child and/or siblings. 

Group Therapy 

Dr. Isetta's runs an Social Skills Group for children ages 6-9. The group is for children who have social skills issues due to ADHD, depression, shyness or self esteem issues.   

This 12 week group focuses on helping your child making friends and joining in, identifying and expressing feelings, conflict resolution, teamwork and dealing with peer pressure.

 Please note:  There is a nominal fee ($20) which is refundable with one week notice - to hold your spot.  Once the group is full, prospective group member can be put on a wait-list should they desire, and will be offered another opportunity. 

 Play Therapy 

 Dr. Isetta's works with young children and believes that using play and art therapy for young children provides the tool to address the issues that arise in child without making them feel uncomfortable, overwhelmed or uneasy about therapy. 

 Other important information 

Costs for services at Dr. Isetta’s Psychotherapy vary by service, but begin at $150 per 50 minute therapy hour. Most services are private pay, although Dr. Isetta can assist you in obtaining out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company for individual and family therapy. Dr. Isetta does accept Aetna Insurance.  A sliding scale is offered for a limited number of clients in need. Cash or checks are accepted.
